Sobha Wisteria is Sobha's newest and largest Chennai launch, a 906-home project across 5 towers on 9 acres in Siruseri. Homes come in 2, 3, and 4 BHK sizes from 1,100 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft. It launched on 15 March 2026, after a pre-launch run in February, and starts at ₹1.85 Crore. Possession is set for 2030, and TNRERA has not yet issued the number. The site sits directly opposite SIPCOT IT Park and beside Marina Mall, and every unit is planned to face the sea, given how close Siruseri sits to the coast.
